Pages v13.1 (macOS 12.7.1) has different approaches to exporting (translating) Pages document content to Word:

  1. File menu : Export To : Word and then save as Word .docx
  2. Pages toolbar : Send a Copy : Mail : Word : Save… and the Pages document is converted to a Word document that is automatically attached to a new email compose window.
    1. This is also duplicated on the File menu : Send a Copy process.

Can you explain further what workflow you envision?

The term Batch implies a programmatic solution, and I do have an AppleScript that can process a Pages document(s) or a folder of them into Word .docx documents. However, there is no inherent Pages coding support to make it perform part 2 above. I may have something I wrote earlier, but uncertain from memory at this time if it will do the email attachment automation. It won't be simple code to comprehend or support.

Update: I just ran AppleScript code to export Pages to Word and then automatically attach that Word document to a Mail compose window. This particular script requests that you select the Pages document to convert as opposed to multiple files or folder contents. It does not currently prompt for recipients to send the document and that may be something you wish to do manually in case of a mailing list.
