Touch bar flicker problem - where is the Apple recall

My 13 inch MacBook pro has a touchbar which has started flickering. It's ridiculous so many people are experiencing this problem and apple is doing nothing about it. This serious degrades my trust in Apple products. These are premium products, if there is an error with the construction that leads to problems like this we should get assistance. If these products are not designed well, and the assistance is bad. This is no longer a premium product.

Apple you need to do a recall on M1 MacBooks with touchbars.

Apple sold about 20 million Macs last year. That's a delivery rate in excess of 57,000 units a DAY.

You appear to have a sample of ONE Mac.

You can not draw the conclusion that these Macs have a sizable number of failures using your data alone. Un-vetted internet information is of little additional help in calculating real failure rates.

You appear to have a hardware failure in your specific sample of the product.

Electro-mechanical devices fail at random, arbitrary, and capricious times.

The most frequent reason for most failures is 'just because'.

Your specific failure is most likely caused by an advanced scientific principle called ...

... 'bad luck'.

If you want a really substantial lesson how this this works (or more precisely how this stops working) own an older used automobile.
