You Can't. Cancel this download, and then use a computer to update it. Only the latest compatible-iOS version (iOS 16.7.8) will install. iOS15.2 won't. Proceed with the Update:  Update your iPhone Using a Computer - User Tip

IMPORTANT: If you have an option to update, then be certain you backup your iPhone first. That way, you will have something to restore your iPhone from should anything go wrong with the update

The App Store Preview page says that the Amex app "Requires iOS 15.2 or later." If you're running something later, you probably would not need to downgrade – even if you could.

If you're running something earlier than iOS 15.2, upgrade to the latest version of iOS 16. Then download the app.

You cannot install an older version of iOS such as iOS 15.2.
