How to keep phone in silent mode except for one app using Focus mode?

I keep my iPhone in silent mode 99% of the time. However, I am wanting to get audible notifications from a certain app, Resy, in case a dinner table becomes available over the coming weeks. I get too many notifications to leave my phone sound on all the time. So I am trying to figure out how to use Focus Mode to keep my phone acting the same way it normally does in Silent mode, but allow notifications from Resy to come through with a sound. I figure Focus mode would be the only way to do this. If it is possible, how would I do that?

Go to Settings>Focus.
Either edit the existing Do Not Disturb Focus or create a new one.
Tap on Allow Notifications from - People. Make sure "Allow Notifications From" is checked. Do not add any people.
Set "Allow Calls From" to "Allowed People Only".
Turn Allow Repeated Calls" off.
Go back.
Tap on Allow Notifications - Apps. Make sure "Allow Notifications From" is checked. Add Resy.
Turn "Time Sensitive Notifications" off
Go back

You can set a schedule to enable this. Or, you can turn it on or off through the Control Center by pressing on the Focus button and selecting that Focus.

That should do it.
