Unsaved number have a name and contact photo randomly?

When I don’t save a number sometimes it shows up as “maybe: name” and with a contact photo. Even if I never intended to save the number. I would try and delete it but it will still show up. And the poster won’t delete either. It gets annoying when I never even wanted to save it then I have people’s weird names like “dbop” when that’s not even their names.
