Hi, I have an IPhone 14 Plus and I recently had a packing issue and am without my charger from my phone. I am contacting to ask if I can use a 5.0W charger with an Amazon branded base because and third party cord. I only ask this because at the store when I got my phone, the worker warned me that if I didn’t use the original charger, my phone would shut down forever.

You can use any properly designed USB charger to charge your phone.
The Amazon base, being a 5w charger, will work just fine, though it will be much slower than the 12w or 20w USB chargers that most people use regularly.
Still, it may be enough to charge your phone if connected overnight.
