AppleCare plus for a refurbished device purchased on Amazon

I want to buy a refurbished iPhone 11 Pro. It is refurbished on Amazon and I want to know if I can purchase AppleCare plus for it?

No. Refurbished devices on Amazon are not refurbished by Apple and are not eligible for Apple Care.

Apple refurbished are only available from Certified Refurbished Products - Apple
