Upgrading to an iPhone 15 plus to an iPhone 15 pro max

You have 14 days after purchase to return your iPhone for refund, then buy the model you want. If you have past that date, your only option would be to sell the phone to someone and use the funds towards the purchase of the phone you want.

Note: to get a refund within 14 days, you would have to return the phone in the original package with all included accessories.

Apple doesn't offer trade-ins for the current models. Check the store's return policy or sell it to someone else.
