will i lose my library if i switch to another family sharing?
im planning to move from my current family sharing to another, will apple music delete my library if i switched?

In the legal documents: Legal - Apple Media Services - Apple section H you will find, "When your Paid Subscription to any Service or Content ends, you will lose access to any functionality or Content of that Service that requires a Paid Subscription.."
You would need to make sure you have a personal subscription to Apple Music before you leave the family and until you join another family to bridge your subscription during the transition.
Also note that while items downloaded from another person's purchases in the first family will not be actively deleted from your devices after the transition, should you misplace them or otherwise need to update them this will not be possible unless people in the new family group can provide them from their accounts.
