Weird captions when I click on text or start typing. (Cannot find in settings, not live captions)

I have been having this big block of text appear in the top right of my screen when I start typing on my Macbook Air. This could be in the search bar, on a document, or in a form. This also appears when I click on a text. I have tried searching for solutions repeatedly but to no avail. All that comes up is Live Captions, which I do not have enabled. I have also tried searching for this setting but could not find it there either. This problem hinders my ability to work as it repeatedly obstructs my view and gives me headaches. Help is much appreciated.

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 12.7
