Have you checked your charging port, cable, power adapter? Does it show in the battery icon that the phone is charging? If you go to Settings>Battery>Battery Health & Charging, what do see listed in Maximum Capacity? Also see this for troubleshooting, If your iPhone or iPod touch won't charge - Apple Support
