AMD Radeon HD 6950 2GB

Good afternoon guys and gals, I can confirm that the AMD Radeon HD 6950 2GB does indeed work in a Mac Pro 5,1. I had to switch the Rom switch from position on the left to the position on the right in order to get it to run properly. Mind you this configuration does not provide boot screen but does show login windows and runs well. I have power running from both of the onboard pcie 6-pin connectors. I will try to put a mac rom here when I have some time to further test. Hope this helps others. These cards were pulled from and old alienware computer before it went to recycling. I am running Lion, will try to upgrade OS and report back.
