How to allow configuration of VPN settings for the app when the popup has been missed at first

When installing the VPN app (AmpliFi Teleport) I accidentally didn’t allow addition of VPN configurations to my iPhone’s settings, and now after multiple reinstallations of the app, I don’t get the notification again to allow the access.

How now Can I add the needed VPN configuration of this app in this case?
