My IPhone 11 Pro Max has black screen after I clean it with a Clorox bleach so can you fix it or it will make a screen come back on

That was a REALLY BAD decision you made to use a harsh chemical on your phone. No we cannot help you fix it, nor help you make a backup. Backups HAVE to happen before you damage your phone. Schedule an appointment at your Apple Store for evaluation and be prepared to purchase a new iPhone.
