After updating my iPhone 13 Pro Max, the screen turned white. The back glass had been damaged last year. Can it be repaired free of charge?

Did Apple service the iPhone when it was damaged?
If yes, the warranty for repairs is only 90 days after ist has been repaired.
You will have to get it serviced again, and I could not find a Service Program for the iPhone 13Pro Max, which would cover such an issue.
