iPhone screen turned white after installing iOS 18

I was upgrading my iphone into ios 18 and suddenly after installed the screen became all white. I chatted with the customer service with the reference number 102486091380, saying its all about when upgraded issue of ios. She referred me to service center, before I proceed to service center are they going to charge me for this even my warranty expired? Because it clearly the issue is about quality of iphone when upgrading ios. I did not do anything to make my phone damage.
