Service Provider Voicemail

Had a call from a landline that I didn't recognise so I left it to go to VMX.

Now I have an entry in my Voicemail screen that says "Service Provider Voicemail" with a CALL button next to it. Calling VMX directly there is no message

What is this any why did it happen?

How do I remove it?
