When I’m downloading ATt app, I can’t get in. They are asking for a past email,phone number and asked for the unknown password

If you have downloaded an app, using a different Apple ID, that you can't use anymore, you will have to erase the app on the iPhone and download the app again, this time using your current Apple ID.
The Apple ID shown in Settings/Your Name/Apple ID has to be the same for the apps downloaded onto your device.

You will have to erase the app in question and download it again, using the correct Apple ID.
Apple can not untie the old Apple ID from the downloaded apps, even if the Apple ID has been disabled by Apple.
How do I get the old email deleted? It has not been used in 15 years. It’s inoperable?
