AirDrop "Failed" from iPhone 12 Pro to MacBook Pro (same Apple ID)

I'm having this issue since I updated both my iphone 12 pro and my macbook pro. I can send files from my macbook pro to my iphone 12 pro but no vicecersa. I've tried reseting network settings in my iphone, turning on/off network connections, signing in and out from apple id on both devices but nothing seems to work. Also I can't pair my iphone 12 pro with my macbook pro via bluetooth...

Macbook Pro running Ventura 13.5.1 not able to receive through Airdrop I have tried everything suggested to Airdrop between iphone 11 pro running ios 16.6 and my macbook M1 Pro running Ventura 13.5.1. I have toggled Wi-fi and Bluetooth off and on. Both devices are set to receive from everyone. Firewall is off and I've restarted both devices. They are also literally 10 inches away from each other. I was able to send a file to my phone from the laptop but when I try to send something from my iphone to my laptop, it keeps saying "waiting". The other device shows up on both Airdrop screens. Please help!
