After 17.1.1 update apple pay isnt working anymore on iphone 14 pro. How can I fix this?

I installed 17.1.1 this morning as I received a message that a nee update was available. After the update, Apple Pay stopped working and the pop up says the phone cannot configure Apple Pay. I have an Iphone 14 Pro

it worked again after restarting my phone!
