iPad loses all audio from all apps

I’ve been facing this problem for weeks now. When I'm on a discord call and watching YouTube, most of the time i suddenly lose audio on my iPad, discord, youtube even all system sounds and all other apps stop giving any sound.

A restart is needed for it to fix but i found this weird fix : I login from my phone discord which makes my iPad discord disconnect and then i reconnect from my iPad discord and all the sounds come back.

Is this a weird system issue? Or a discord issue?

This is very annoying and doing this almost everyday 3-4 times is just stupid.
