My Apple ID's balance has been disabled

i added all 6 gift cards to my account and trying to use the whole balance to buy a new phone. unfortunately, It is saying as "Your account balance has been disabled. Please call 1‑800‑MY‑APPLE for help".


I tried by calling customer service and asked them re-activate/activate my balance. Finally, escalation team told me as they raised request to unable balance and it takes 24 to 48 hours. Still, not enabled yet after 72 hours.


Please help me how to resolve this issue and use my balance.

same issue here. apple escalated it 3 times, today being the latest attempt. And the representative I had today bluntly said "we will only tell you if your account balance will be unlocked, if we decide not to unlock it we will not tell you"


it is so so so absurd what is happening. I missed the Black Friday sale. and they offer absolutely no consideration for these things.


I had this issue for weeks, and now my apple subscriptions are not being paid because my account balance has cash and it is blocked. apple defaults account balance for subscriptions so I am heavily ducked. I cannot receive emails and my contacts list has disappeared.


Every time I call after the 2 business days of wait nobody knows anything about it and they keep transferring me to all departments.
