I accidentally hit the accept button on the revised trade in value shown. There was no confirmation screen and I now need to cancel

I sent in my old phone for trade in when I bought a new one.

Apple assessed the trade in value as £0. Obviously I don’t agree with this, and went to reject it.

However, I accidentally hit the accept button while scrolling, and it just went straight to acceptance.

This happened just a short while ago, so I need to cancel this accepted trade in so I can get the device back.

is there any way to do this? Has anyone had a similar experience?

I spent ages on the phone with Apple support and had a pretty poor experience (and no resolution)
