Also look for any files in those locations beginning or ending in "panic" as well. Also look to see if any may be located within the "Retired" subfolder as well.
When running Disk Utility, getting this error: File system verify or repair failed. : (-69845)
It would seem to indicate an issue with the file system which was not repaired. Please post the full First Aid report here....you need to click "Show Details" to access the First Aid report. Also, try running First Aid while booted into Recovery Mode which may allow First Aid to perform some repairs which cannot be done while booted normally into macOS. Try running First Aid several times as well to see if it makes any difference.
If First Aid is unable to fix the errors even from Recovery Mode or Internet Recovery Mode, then you will need to perform a clean install of macOS which involves erasing the whole physical SSD (Intel Mac only) to create a fresh new file system without errors followed by reinstalling macOS & restoring from a backup. If you are doing a clean install, then if you have access to another Mac running macOS 12.4+, then I highly recommend performing a firmware "Restore" instead which will reset both the T2 security chip & the system firmware as well as erasing the internal SSD & properly preparing the internal SSD for macOS....reinstalling macOS from Internet Recovery Mode will still be required, but at least you are also resetting other things with the firmware "Restore".
FYI, to erase the whole physical SDD you may need to click "View" within Disk Utility and select "Show All Devices" before the physical drive appears on the left pane of Disk Utility. Erase the physical SSD as GUID partition and APFS (top option).
Edit: I still think the Logic Board is most likely bad and will need replaced due to all the errors listed in the EtreCheck report, but I have also seen extreme file system errors causing Kernel Panics as well, but only one time.

Please post several of the Kernel Panic logs which are located in "/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports" with file names beginning with "kernel". Post the logs here using the "Additional Text" icon which looks like a piece of paper.
Try running Disk Utility First Aid on the hidden Container. Within Disk Utility click "View" and select "Show All Devices" so that the hidden Container appears on the left pane of Disk Utility. Even if First Aid says everything is "Ok", click "Show Details" and scroll through the report to see if any unfixed errors are listed.
Disconnect all external devices in case one of them is causing a problem.
Try running the Apple Diagnostics to see if any hardware issues are detected.
Most likely the Logic Board is bad and will need to be replaced which unfortunately is very common with the 2019 models....especially the 16" model. This is from personal experience supporting my organization's Macs and also reading this forum, but I'll hold off on the final opinion until we get the other results.
Hi HWTech...thanks for looking into it.
I do not see anything starting with "kernel" in "/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports"

Apple Diagnostics do not show any error.
