Face ID is not working after my iPhone fell into water

Recently my phone fell into the water but it works fine but the Face ID not working. A problem has been detected. Tue depth camera disabled. I already updated the phone. Any suggestions?

But the face id itself not working. I have checked the settings, the settings for the Face ID is not disabled (i am judging that the sensor is working) but the face id does not scan/detect my face.

Liquid damage is not repairable. Your phone will have to be replaced.
