I want to stop my iPhone's alarm hands free

Hi I’d like to make my alarm ding one single time like a text notification, and then stop without me having to pick up my phone. This way when I’m at the gym I can finish my set while still being informed it’s time to change exercises, but without the annoying alarm.

Another option is a timer that automatically resets when the time is up. Hands free of course.

I don’t want to use the Reminders App, that would be a hassle and would clutter my Calender.

There are lots of interval timers in the App Store that are designed to do just this.

Reminders don't show up in Calendar.
