Y-Disk USB Flash Drive for iOS won’t format & capacity is not right

Format is not happening on an HP laptop running Win10.

item is 1TB Y-disk usb flash drive for iOS.

it tells me to format it after i tried to move things over so I can wipe my laptop & reinstall windows10

i try to format, but it tells me it has a new capacity of 8.00 MB!

it will not format even at those settings

i am trying to use this after then Win 10 reinstall as a security Authenticator for all of my devices & apps & websites & accounts as I have had a hacker issue & I take medication for my GAD/agoraphobia that messes up my short term memory big time so a plug in key may be my best option. This will be its primary use instead of having all of these easily obtained saved passwords.

plz help… I am stuck
