I can not open JPEG images from one of my wildlife cameras on my 2019 MacBook Pro.
I can open them on my old MacBook Pro aprox 13 year old and on a PC.
I have adjusted all the setting in the camera over the last few months to try and get it to work but no joy
MacBook Pro 15″, OS X 10.10
NOTE
I downloaded image bucket pro as shown in open with in above photo just to see if it work on there but it didn't.
I normally use preview
Weird. Can you post a sample .jpg to some cloud service so we can get a closer look at the details?
What sometimes works is to open the image in Preview. Save it and then try again.
