Alarm in iPhone 15 pro won’t play downloaded songs

When I upgraded from my iPhone 13 Pro, all my songs transferred from the cloud, all the purchased tones transferred, and the downloaded songs I had selected as ringtones transferred. I can add them when I set the alarm, but when the alarm goes off it plays the default tone.

My new iPhone 13 mini will not play song for alarm I just overpaid for a new iPhone 13 mini, and unlike my old SE, it will not play the song I select for the alarm. The song is downloaded onto the phone. I found complaints about this going back to last November. Pretty annoying to pay $400 more for this phone, and a function this simple doesn’t work!

New iPhone 13 mini not playing songs in alarms Just bought the iPhone 13 mini (iOS 16.4). Transferred old phone to new phone. All alarms are the obnoxious default. I can play the songs when I set them for an alarm. However, when the alarm plays at the scheduled time, I get the default. Was certainly a rude awakening this morning. Has anyone with this issue found a solution?

IOS 13 Alarm song not working After the IOS 13 update on my iPhone XR, when I set a song as the sound for a non-bedtime related standard alarm, it never plays and instead plays the default alarm tone. If I select a different in-built alarm tone then it will play that, but songs no longer work. when I press on the song to select it, it plays a sample and I am still able to play it on the music app.
