I'd like to change my Security Questions but there is no option to under Account Security, it just displays my number. This was the section the Apple support page directs you to. Where can I change my Security Questions?
Since your account is using two-factor authentication, it won't have any security questions.

That third image is somewhat inconsistent with how Apple says its security method now works. I would ask them about it.
Refer to this document for ways to contact Apple ➞ Choose your country or region - Official Apple Support
Select your country (also look for "other" regions), then a product. If you don't see one that handles your issue then keep experimenting with selections until you reach one that gets you a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.

Two factor authentication does not use the security question method. Can you share with us a screenshot of the page that appeared after you selected you didn't recognize the phone number?
Thanks for the response. It does, I went to check, went through the "Forgot my password", put that I "Didn't recognize the phone number" and then it asked me my Security Questions. So they are still there and making my account vulnerable.
Is there any way to outright delete them?
I have inserted all the screenshots of the four steps you take to where it eventually asks for my security questions. I want these deleted. I understand that this method shouldn't exist...but it does for my account. How can I get rid of them?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
