apple music subscription freezes after the 17.1.1. update what gives?
My iPad recently was updated for 17.1.1. After the update, I can NOT get my paid Apple Music subscription to download, create playlists, unable to edit the lists, play the music…I am constantly having to restart my iPad over and over, and sometimes I get 1 song to play and then it freezes and doesn’t work. I have shut down my VPN to not interfere, I did a hard restart of the iPad, and today an apple chat helper had me go into my settings and tap on media and purchases, to sign out, and then resign in with my Apple ID. That helped me access Apple Music for about 2 minutes and then it froze again.
At this point I am not sure what I am paying for because it is not for access to Apple Music. (Just access to frustration)
