This yellow box shows up first thing in the morning on my apple watch and some other times. I have no idea what it says. There is also poor contrast on instructions on the emergency contacts page. Brightness is not the issue. Is there a setting that changes poor contrast choices?

Which color filter helps white text on bright yellow and dark blue text on black? In both cases using a text color that more sharply contrasts with the background would have been the best solution.
