Battery Shutsdown after 50-59% Charge Left

Looking for a solution in regards to my MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2013), shutting off when its at 50-59% of charge left. I've been having this issue for quite some time, and its getting annoying, first when it happens it completely shuts down the laptop, and when I try to open it again and log-in it shuts down just as the macbook is about to complete the load process. When I open it again and get to the log-in screen it would shutdown immediately. I've already tried resetting my SMC, and it did not work. Though I'm not sure if its because I held it too short or I didn't hold the keys down longer. Do I need to get my battery replaced or checked, if so where can I do so?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.15
