Spots/Stains on iPhone photos in portrait mode only

When shooting photos with my iPhone 13 Pro, two spots / stains appear on the screen and on the photos. But this is only in Portrait mode. Could be dust or drops of water that dried and left these stains ?

Can these stains be removed ?
