iPhone started to freeze frequently

I've been using my iPhone 11 for two and a half years now and I've never had any problems with it, but in the last month it has crashed three times. It looks like this: at one moment the applications start to work incorrectly, then everything starts to glitch, the phone responds to touches, but incorrectly. It's hard to describe. Nothing can be done except an emergency reboot. Rebooting helps, but isn't this normal? I always update my phone when new iOS updates come out. I treat it with care. Of course, it fell, but I try to minimize such things. The phone is not loaded, it has a lot of free memory. What could it be? (Sorry for the mistakes, I don't know English very well)

You may have a poor battery condition which cannot provide sufficient power for peak performance. What is the Battery Health of your iPhone? Open Settings ➔ Battery ➔ Battery Health and let us know which percentage you see for Maximum Capacity. Also note what is written under Peak Performance. If your battery's Maximum Capacity shows a value of 80% or less, then it has gone through its lifecycle and therefore should be replaced, according to Apple.

My recommendation is that you get the battery tested at the Apple Store or at an Authorized Service Center and get it replaced if the test fails. It is close enough to 80% and your iPhone is certainly performing as if it is not getting the battery support for peak performance.

There may be other hardware related issues which cannot be addressed here. We can try and address software related issues here, however, hardware issues are virtually impossible to resolve here.
