Thank you for your suggestion, but it didn't work.
The only thing that happened is that I kept getting a 'hello' in different languages and then it went black.
I did the same thing again, and the same response happened.
It's all good now thanks. I took it to the Apple Store and they fixed it for me. Thank you for your time, and your suggestions - I appreciate it.
