Can I call Apple support in English while I am calling from Spain?

Hello, friends of the community, I am an expat living in Spain, and my Spanish is not that good to be able to carry a dialogue with Apple support, but I noticed that there is no option that I can call in English. I have some questions about my Apple Care + which I have purchased in Spain in Euros, what is the best way to contact Apple for me? Thank you!
