I have been trying to add my card to wallet but it says the region for the registration of this apple id doesn’t support it wallet

Apple's Apple Pay feature is region restricted. That means that it is not available in every country, even Germany was only added in 2019 or so.
You may check Apple's official list for your country, linked below.
If you happen to live in one of the supported countries and still do not get it to work, please try checking the region settings on your phone :)
