Account image icon on top right (used to switch between accounts) disappeared from new tab screen

My google homepage in safari just recently become different. The account icon in upper right of the homepage disappeared as well as the 4 dots and the notification bar. I can’t find any solution how to get back the default homepage, I tried to clear cache, restart my device (i’m using iPad pro 2017 model) , and still nothing works. As you can see in the attached photo below, the profile icon on upper right disappeared and become “Sign out” Does anyone here encountered this problem? Please help me fix this.
