Trying to trace a charge "APPLE COM BILL CUPERTINO CAUS

There are two general causes of these billing questions. Those that are from one of your Apple IDs and listed with that Apple ID, and those that are not. Those that are listed are either your purchases, or purchases made by somebody with access to your Apple ID or to one of your devices. Charges that aren’t listed on any of your Apple IDs can be an indication that your payment info has been compromised.

Nothing you can do will clear that, other than a discussion directly with Apple. Per Apple: If you see a message that says your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes Store, contact Apple Support for help.
