I can't pair my Apple Watch after unpairing it.

The iwatch7 battery started draining rapidly after the last update. Some suggested on the web to unpair it then re-pair it again. I unpaired it from my iphone 14, but I can't pair it again as it still think it is paired to a phone. I can't reset it neither because it ask to be unpaired.

Here are two ways to unpair your watch without using the paired iPhone:

With a web browser, go to: https://www.iCloud.com and sign in with your Apple ID. Open Find My iPhone and select All Devices (at the top). Then click your Apple Watch, select 'Erase Apple Watch', and select Next until the device is erased. Finally click "X" next to remove your Apple Watch.
