screen mirror blurry video MacbookPro to Samsung

I am trying to mirror my 2023 M2 MacbookPro to my 2020 Samsung TV. This has worked perfectly for 2 months since I got the laptop. Now suddenly, when I mirror and try to play a video that is downloaded, it is a bit blurry. this happens when the camera moves. It looks very grainy.

I also tested youtube and different video players and files, all blurry.

I tested it on my 2022 Samsung, and it works perfectly like the 2020 used to. I'm thinking this may have happened after a recent software update, as I had not tried screen mirroring for a few weeks.

Any Ideas on how to get it to mirror perfectly?
