Can you move your insurance to a different country

AppleCare+ Plans are limited to the country of purchase. You cannot transfer it to Singapore. You can cancel it. But you cannot buy a new plan for it as a phone purchased in Australia, wouldn't qualify for a plan in Singapore anyway.
