I bought iPhone 14 today, where iphone 14 price charged 729$ before tax but display price is 699$ , even support person in Apple Store not clear on it, can anyone explain why there’s difference. Thanks.

Did you order a power brick along with the phone? I believe that these days, Apple includes charging cables in iPhone boxes, but charges extra if you want a power brick like this one:
