• Go Here: If your Mac doesn't Turn On or Start Up - Apple Support
• Using External Devices: Try Resetting the SMC and NVRAM, but this time, using an external keyboard. Connect an external monitor and see if you get an output.

If it is currently charging from a charger, then use a new charger:

I. Being Sold a Defective Item (new or used):

Q1. "Actually, I purchased my first Apple product. It was on Amazon and showing No 1 Seller on Amazon."

A1. Contact this seller, seeing if they are up for doing a return.

II. Troubleshooting a Mac in a Boot Loop:

Q2. "I tried to press and hold power button in order enter into recovery option, but didn't work. It seemed that the device turning on and off automatically. I removed all external devices from Mac Mini M2, but the problem is still same."

A2. Being continuous, it seems there is an error in the caches. So, refer to the following...

A. Boot in Safe Mode:

In Safe Mode, Login Items do not run at login, certain preferences are set aside, and damaged system files are then reset. So, once booted in to Safe Mode, wait 30 seconds, and then boot up normally, attempting another update install. For instructions, go here: How to Use Safe Mode on your Mac - Apple Support

B. Reset your SMC and your NVRAM:

(Applies to Intel-Basel Macs Only): Sometimes changes (i.e. Installations) are made to the system and then settings (i.e. Networking) become corrupted, technically. So, reset both on your Mac. So, reset the SMC and reset the NVRAM or PRAM. It might take three tries. to fix this. So, be certain you have the time to do so.

C. Re-Mount the Drive:

Boot into Recovery Mode (Intel or Silicon) . You need to click the “Mount’ button to proceed. So, select the drives, and then click "Mount" Try rebooting once more. If of no success, then click unmount button, and then the mount button. Try rebooting once more. It looks dulled-out. So, if you cannot click it, then click the First Aid button to fix this volume.

Getting a this Fixed:

Amazon is blowing it off (as they would anyone) basically informing you of how to find ways to go about troubleshooting a non-applicable item for Amazon support. The manufacturer (Apple) creates the device, and that is why to contact them.

Contact the Seller:

Amazon has return policies, and being more than 6 months ago, I’d say it’s expired. There’s really nothing that can be done about it, other than contacting the Seller, requesting a return.

Learn from this —Make this an Apple Purchase:

Take this as a learning experience, knowing to always purchase expensive Apple products directly from Apple, and none other. So, I’d go for a new Mac —This time, purchase it directly from Apple, and I suggest getting AppleCare with it(it’s always been a benefit for me, whether it be hardware coverage, device replacement, or troubleshooting).

As this was my first Apple purchase, that's why, I couldn't figure it out. Tomorrow, I will visit Apple authorized store in Lahore, Pakistan, as the product is in warranty this is going to be expired in April 2024. Hopefully, my tomorrow's visit would help.
