Cannot sign in to Netflix app on iPhone 15
I cannot login to Netflix app on iPhone 15. When I click on "Sign In" the login page displays for a second or two then reverts back to previous screen. Also, the page with "Sign In" flashes continuously.

If one or more of the following 6 options are true then you can't choose None as a payment method then the Billing information is needed . The "None" option will not appear...

Have you a Debit/Credit card that is issued to you that is valid internationally and is from the same Country / Region as your Apple ID.
