I recently discovered after switching phone cases that the back of my phone is cracked, it is still completely smooth and I have three questions regarding this.
1) do Apple offer a rear glass replacement
2) if so how much is this replacement
3) is the rear of my phone being cracked an issue for its function

You will need to purchase what is called an Out of Warranty Replacement for iPhone 11. It is not a model, which Apple replaces the back glass on. Newer models do offer the option to replace the back glass. The link Lyssa provided will tell you what the Out of Warranty cost is for your phone.
