I n need to file an insurance claim

The entire screen is busted. It is completely destroyed. I need a replacement tablet.

My IPAD screen is broken but its working fine. Shocked to hear that ipad screen cant be replaced. My IPAD screen is broken, but it works very well. I called customer care only to hear a shocking and stupid reasoning that ipad screen cant be replaced as per apple policy. I have to buy another one. Who buys a new IPAD if screen breaks? What kind of policy and after sales service is this? With kids around these devices are bound to be broken. I am super disappointed and i never wish to buy another apple device again.
