I bought an iPhone 14 Plus recently and today it suddenly started to suddenly turn off even if I have a battery over 50% then when it turns on I have 10% then the volume started to be low suddenly and not on speaker when I watch TikTok and then It randomly becomes normal again. I don't know what is happening to my phone i never had this issue with my old iPhone 11.

First, check if your iPhone 14 Plus is running the latest software.
To check this, open settings > general > software update.
If it's not running the latest software, please install the latest.
If this didn't help yet, try force restart.
Press volume up,
press volume down,
press and hold the powerbutton until you see the Apple logo.
If these 2 methods didn't work, try the recovery mode.
