Logitech combo touch stopped working

Combo touch will not communicate with my 9th gen IPad after IOS 17.1.2 update. Connection seems tight.

Logitech Combo Touch - Device not compatible I recently bought a brand new iPad 9th gen and Logitech Combo Touch for it. When y snap the keyboard on the Smart Connector it doesn’t work at all. Sometimes a window pops up stating “device not compatible”. Logitech Control App doesn’t recognize the keyboard either. I already tried resetting my iPad, reinstalling the app and cleaning the Smart Connector. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance

Logitech combo touch is not working after upgrading to iPadOS17 After i upgraded my iPad Pro 10.5 to iPadOS17, my logitech combo touch doesn’t respond properly when i press the following buttons: 7,8,9,U,I,O,J,K,L When i connected the same keyboard to iPad Air 3 running iPadOS 16.7.2, everything worked well I erased my iPad to the factory setup and set it up as a new iPad, still have the same issue on iPadOS 17.1.1 Any ideas to resolve this problem is highly appreciated

Logitech combo touch stopped working after 4 months of not using I stopped using my combo touch keyboard for a while (around 3-4 months) and after i connected it again there was no response. I cleaned the connections did all the updates but still nothing. My ipad works with a magic keyboard and also dead combo touch keyboard works with another ipad but unfortunately they dont work together. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I’m having the same issue but mine started occurring more recently. I receive a “Keyboard not supported” message.
